An arborist will not only ensure the proper trees are planted when your landscaping is first being accomplished, they can also perform tree maintenance as needed. Trees need to be regularly inspected to make sure they are growing with a firm base and healthy root system that isn’t going to impact anything else in the area, such as nearby concrete that could crack from the roots expanding. They also need to have proper access to sunlight, and not be impeded by unhealthy branches that an arborist will trim or adjust. An arborist may also work to shape a tree to be more visually appealing.
